Business information entered into Vynaro is used only to generate your results inside the product, and is not sold or shared with third parties.
On the Free plan, data collection is part of using the service, and no opt-out is available. Professional users can opt out of data collection. For Elite users, data collection is always off.
Eligible account, usage, and interaction data may be stored for up to 90 days for collection, analysis, improvement, and training-related purposes.
Error, issue, problem, debugging, and diagnostic data may be stored for up to 30 days to investigate and fix technical problems.
Fact-checking
AI outputs can contain mistakes or incomplete information.
Important facts, claims, and decisions should always be reviewed and verified before use.
Human oversight
Vynaro supports decision-making, but it does not replace human judgment.
Final decisions, reviews, and publishing remain your responsibility.
Knowledge scope
AI outputs are limited by model knowledge, system context, and feature access.
Unless a feature explicitly includes live web access, Vynaro should not be treated as automatically up to date.
