Usage Limits
How usage works, what counts toward your capacity, and when it resets.
Both Free and Professional plans operate on a weekly usage allowance. There are no daily limits on either plan — your entire weekly capacity is available from the moment it resets.
Usage is not measured in a fixed number of requests. Instead, capacity is consumed based on the complexity of each request: simple, focused inputs use less capacity, while deep analytical prompts consume more. This means the same weekly allowance can serve a different number of requests depending on what you ask.
Limits apply across all tools and Coach Vario — usage from any tool or coaching conversation draws from the same pool.
Vynaro Spark
Entry-level model. Optimized for focused, everyday business tasks. Uses the base amount of your weekly capacity per request.
Vynaro Pulse
Mid-tier model with enhanced reasoning for more complex business problems. Consumes more weekly capacity per request than Spark.
Vynaro Elite
Highest-tier model for deeper analysis and advanced reasoning. Consumes the most capacity per request. Available exclusively to Professional plan users.
Weekly capacity resets fully every 7 days — anchored to the hour of your first token use. The reset time is fixed from that point forward. For example, if you first used a tool on a Tuesday at 3 PM, your usage resets each Tuesday at 3 PM.
Once your usage period has started, your exact reset time is shown in Settings → Billing → Billing & Usage.
You can monitor your current capacity usage from Settings → Billing → Billing & Usage. This section shows your remaining capacity as a percentage and displays your next reset time.
When your weekly capacity is exhausted, you will see a notification in the tool interface. You will not be able to make further requests until your usage resets.
Your work and all saved conversations remain fully accessible while you wait for the reset. Nothing is lost.
If you need more capacity before the reset, upgrading to Professional provides significantly higher weekly capacity and access to all three AI models.
